Individually tailored pitching and hitting training for pre-high school youth athletes ages 8-14. Academy Flex is a combination in-person and online training program for youth athletes that are local to our facilities in WA, AZ and FL, with regular in-gym assessments and training. Flex is designed to flexibly integrate with the athlete’s current schedule.
