Description
The Most Versatile Pitching Development Tool
Durable PlyoCare® Balls Develop Velocity, Command and Arm Fitness Simultaneously.
Improve your arm health, command and velocity at the same time with PlyoCare® balls.
How PlyoCare® Balls Work
Sustainable velocity increases come from a more efficient set of mechanics and improved force production. Heavier balls effectively groove a more natural and efficient arm path. And the varied weights ingrain good habits with repeated use.
Getting Started With PlyoCare® Balls
Our FREE throwing program shows a basic set of drills that are effective in improving pitching mechanics when combined with this Plyo Ball ® set. Whether you are in-season or in the off-season, you can warm-up more efficiently and build a better set of movements with PlyoCare® Balls. PlyoCare® Balls are designed to be used routinely. They are an everyday tool for warm-up, training and recovery at Driveline. See some examples in the video below.
Not Just a Throwing Tool
PlyoCare® rebounders and upward tosses make for great recovery and warm-up exercises, providing extra stability and strength to the thrower’s arm. You can also use them at the field for easy-to-transport rhythmic stabilization.

What is the Difference Between PlyoCare® Balls and Weighted Baseballs?
Generally, PlyoCare® Balls are used more often as a part of warm-up, recovery and every day throwing drills. Driveline uses them in a variety of constraint drills to help athletes learn mechanics.
Weighted baseballs are used primarily for catch play, command work and high-output throwing. Broadly, they are used for lower-volume work that mirrors game-like conditions. During catch play and command work, they are thrown at less than full intent and, during high-output work, they are thrown as hard as possible into a net.
They serve two different, yet equally important, facets for baseball players: “grooving” a better mechanical pattern through drill and mechanical work and learning how to throw hard strikes consistently.
