Elias Oster
Elias came to Driveline in mid-August 2021 and averaged 81.93 MPH during his first Mocap. His mocap revealed a few deficiencies.
Here are some of the improvements Elias made from test to re-test:
- More closed torso at foot plant (38 degrees → 16 degrees)
- Above-average HSS (15 degrees → 35 degrees!)
- Much improved lead leg block (5th percentile → 22nd).
