Don’t have time for a huge update today, so I figured I’d film our tethered resistance band cycle and upload it for everyone to check out. These are the basic SPRI resistance band exercises our baseball athletes do to warm up – typically with a medium-tensile red band to get decent bloodflow to the areas. They may repeat it once or twice throughout the day depending on what they have planned – bullpens, long toss, free weight training, speed/agility training, and so forth.

We also do a free-form cycle that involves band pullaparts and a lot of scapular mobility – look for that video in the near future!
