FREE YOUTH INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM
A simple program for development.
This is designed to give a youth athlete a simple structure for the development of hitting and throwing skills.
With throwing we focus on teaching youth athletes the proper warm-up and recovery drills to help them succeed throughout the entirety of their careers.
With hitting we are focusing on very clear principles – be on time, move the bat fast and hit the ball hard – with drills and training environments to drive improvement to hitting mechanics, while keeping it fun and engaging.
