So long as it is within 365 days of your original purchase we’ll send you a replacement – completely free of charge.

PULSE Workload Monitors and Accessories

PULSE Workload Monitors are covered by a warranty for a period of six (6) months from the original date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser.

Sensor
Arm Strap
Charging Cord
Compression Sleeve
Carrying Case

Coverage:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The PULSE Workload Monitor and Accessories are designed to be used by a single athlete and is not intended for sharing among multiple users. The warranty applies only to the original use case and excludes coverage for misuse, abuse, or any alterations to the device.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Use of the product outside the intended activities or in conditions beyond those described in the product documentation.
Damage caused by third parties or non-authorized service centers during installation, repair, or modification.
Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.

Driveline Bat Speed Trainers

Coverage:

Driveline Bat Speed Trainers are covered by a warranty for a period of 120 days from the original date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser.

Smash Factor Balls and Good Enough Baseballs

Coverage:

Smash Factor Balls and Good Enough Baseballs are consumable products which carry no express or implied warranty and are not eligible for replacement.

How to extend the life of your Plyo Balls ®:

Check the surface you are throwing your Driveline Plyo Ball ® into. For the best results throw into a padded Plyo Ball ® Wall. This is not feasible for everyone so smooth concrete walls are a good substitute. Do not throw them into brick walls, chain link fences, or any textured surface. This is the quickest way to ruin your new Plyo Ball ®.

If you live in a cold weather environment, make sure your Driveline Plyo Ball ® are getting stored somewhere that does not get below 40 degrees (i.e. equipment shed, car trunk, etc.). If you throw them while they are cold, there is a greater chance they will rip on the surface.

How to extend the life of your Underload bat:

Up to 2 years from original purchase date. Wear and tear must align with the Dynamax policy.

Return policy

Driveline accepts returns of most products in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less original shipping costs. Customers may also be charged and up to 10% restocking fee if the product is in good condition but the packaging is not. Used equipment: We do not accept returns or refunds for used, functional equipment. International returns. We do not provide shipping labels for product returns from items sold internationally (outside of the domestic United States). Customers may choose to ship goods to our Kent, WA facility at their own expense for return.
