Return policy
Driveline accepts returns of most products in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less original shipping costs. Customers may also be charged and up to 10% restocking fee if the product is in good condition but the packaging is not. Used equipment: We do not accept returns or refunds for used, functional equipment. International returns. We do not provide shipping labels for product returns from items sold internationally (outside of the domestic United States). Customers may choose to ship goods to our Kent, WA facility at their own expense for return.
RePlacement policy
The Driveline Baseball product warranty gives you 365 days of coverage from the date of your purchase on all products we manufacture including: PlyoCare Balls Hitting PlyoCare Balls Leather Weighted Baseballs Wrist Weights Recovery Mini-TrampolineCommand Balls • this warranty does not cover our Good Enough Baseballs, Smash Factor Balls* and 3rd Party Products – please look into our warranty page for full details* For warranty issues simply go to our Warranty page and fill out the form. So long as it is within 365 days of your original purchase we’ll send you a replacement – completely free of charge.
