The next time someone tells you that a program or workout routine is legitimate because a Division-I college coach somewhere made it up, I want you to watch this video of the Syracuse Football Strength Coach “squatting” “605 pounds” “twice.” Please note my liberal use of quotation marks.

    he got deep on those, i bet his glutes are shot. no muscle imbalances in their “strength coach”. His bottom almost hit the floor
