Injury Rehabilitation
We know what it’s like to be sidelined due to an elbow or shoulder injury. Serious elbow and shoulder injuries were responsible for over 80,000 days on the MLB disabled list from 2001-2010 (source: Advanced Injury Database). These types of problems can be mitigated by proper biomechanical analysis techniques, aggressive and sport-specific resistance training, and prehab efforts. However, not everything goes the right way – that’s why we offer injury rehabilitation programs for those who have suffered setbacks.
